Rosevale successfully completed an internal tenancy fit out at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel in the Perth CBD.

Rosevale’s Scope of works included:

  • Modifications to the doubletree Hiltons essential  fire services to meet the Australian standard requirements of amended layout
  • Installation of CCTV System and access control
  • Installation Data Racks and WIFI expanders
  • Installation of Audio Visual System including Projector, Headphones and a zoned audio system
